Scammers. Their pricing is outrageous.They attempted to bill me £170 for shipping 2 boxes overseas. However, the identical service online is approximately £90. When questioned about their exorbitant prices, the woman agreed to reduce it by £50.It is sad to see individuals motivated solely by financial gain.

Extremely rude shop owner. They don’t do FedEx drop offs unless it’s an international address so nothing local. I was returning Stratberry item to Scotland and they use dreaded FedEx.The rude shopkeeper at ‘Mail Boxes North Acton’ would take my parcel if I give her £5 pounds, because she makes no profit from non...

Literally never had an issue with an MBE before been using them for years, but the service here is terrible and rude , the shop is way too small and packed out like a cornershop, also why chose a location with no parking seems a poor choice.
