I went to mail boxes, in Lewisham/Lee High Road, to send a small letter to portugal. Normally I pay £2.20 at royal mail shops; here I was charged £2.85.when I questioned it I was told that's the correct price because they are not royal mail. How can they justify charging £0.65 more? UPS services are advertised on the website, but when I arrived at the shop I was told that they do not offer UPS drop off.
