They lost a package that I sent and claimed that it was lost by the courier- the shop took the money and the package never tracked as collected by the courier- they said it had been picked up (no record of this of course).Followed up by rude and abrasive customer ‘service’ when we complained.Awful experience and would...

They lost my parcel and claimed it had been lost by the courier company. I know which one I trust as tracking shows that it was never collected. Customer service was then unhelpful and abrasive. Would not go near them ever again.
