Poor service, inexperienced and very rude.They tried to tell me that my only option for posting was with UPS and it would cost over £100. This was incorrect. I took my parcel to the post office and it was less than half that price to send on a 3 day service.I have subsequently checked with UPS and it would have cost £28.99...
