This is definitely the worst after-sales service I have seen. We bought a Lago kitchen and two beds from them (Islington shop), including another bed from the Lago brand. The kitchen started having problems 9 months later. It was still under warranty. The after-sales department was telling us or our architect that they cannot find any trace of the order. After 10 emails and 6 calls they finally found us. At the end, they never resolved the problem. Today the cupboards still don't close properly. The very good brand oven exploded 16 months ago. The firefighters informed us of a manufacturing defect and they recommended us to contact the store. Again no service no answer. In summary, a store with very good quality nice looking furnitures but no after-sales service. Our advice for a bed it could be Ok. But definitely it may not work for the purchase of a kitchen. To be avoided at great cost.

We are extremely pleased with how our large order for our living room turned out. Valentina Baia helped us design a fabulous wall unit: she gave us very valuable advice and was there to assist us along the way. The delivery and installation team lead by Bogdan also did an impeccable job. Thank you Living Space for a great service.

Valentina was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She always replied in a timely manner to any queries that we had and if she did not know the answer then she always found out and got back to us. The fitters were great also. We now have our dream bedroom.

*Note this review is about our experience in the store only, not the furniture.Wow. Never been treated like this by a shop before. Wouldn?t even let us enter the store to take a look around, even though they don?t specify that you need an appointment either on their google listing, or on the shopfront. Would give them a 0 if I could.Edit: fixed a typo and thanks to the person that responded. We buzzed a couple of times and then knocked thinking that the buzzer wasn?t working, but your designer came out looking irritated and pretty much shoo?d us away immediately, without offering any alternative times for us to come back. Hope others have a much better experience.

We needed a storage solution for our hallway. From the start, Valentina was excellent, she took time to understand our needs and come up with a couple of design options. She worked with us to adapt the design to support our needs and helped us with the colour choices. Valentina was super helpful and professional and I was pleased with the end result. The unit looks amazing in the flat and the fitters did a great job too.

I had placed an order for Martin bed and a Ginevra nightstand with Valentina from Islington branch over the phone and email.From the first moment, she was helpful, efficient and patient. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on the design of the furniture and also the colour of the wood; by sending me lots of pictures of furniture which was available in the showroom. She helped me efficiently at all steps of my order.Then for after order service, I had a pleasure to contact Sylvie, who managed to arrange the delivery of the furniture before Christmas even in the pandemic situation. She was very efficient and helpful.Then I had a pleasure to meet Adrian for delivery and assembly of the furniture. He was very friendly, polite, organised, tidy, professional and hardworking. The delivery was fast and the assembly was very efficient.The Martin bed and the Ginevra nightstand are excellent in solid, sturdy wood and also they look beautiful in dark grey. My son loves his new furniture.Thank you all, and I highly recommend Living Space

Expect the worst service you ll ever encounterWe have bought our bedroom and few items of our living room from LivingSpaceUk Islington branch. Long story short, it is a shop that has a very good quality furniture but that unfortunately does not provide the level of service you expect when you are paying such a premium for your furniture. The level of service provided could be acceptable for a cheap street brand but not for LivingSpaceUk which is charging an hefty surplus on their pieces. I will summarise what went wrong for us. Everything worked smoothly up until the point we left the 50% deposit and placed the order. At that time they gave us their T&Cs and asked us to review, sign it and return back to them.1. The terms in the T&Cs were completely different from what it was promised to us at the point of sales. For instance:a. The architect,who took care of us promised us that they could store our furniture free of charge for whatever time needed. This was a pretty important point for us as we had bought a new built and we could not predict in advance when the flat would be finished. When reading the T&Cs it was clearly stated that only the first week of storage was free of charge and that after we should have paid for every other week that LivingSpaceUK needed to keep our furnitureb. In the T&Cs it was clearly stated that payment (of the remaining 50%) needed to happen 7 days prior delivery. The shop asked us to pay the remaining 50% in July, aka the moment we placed the order, whereas the delivery was in September. They then basically blackmailed us that production wouldn?t start until we would pay the remaining amount and hence if we wanted the furniture in September we needed to pay by end of July. Again, completely different than what it was promised us and what it was written in their own T&Cs.2. When I called the branch to understand why T&Cs were different than what we got told to us during sales the replies from the branch manager were absolutely disappointing, firstly telling me that ?Nobody reads T&Cs? and that they are standard and cannot be modified and secondly blaming her own personnel about what happened ?I do not know why Chiara promised you this, we do not promise this type of things to our customers?. I am afraid the whole phone conversation looked very unprofessional and I would preferred that they would have just sorted my worries and then deal with their internal issues on their own.3. Cherry on the cake, after waiting 14 weeks for delivery, they have delivered us the wrong items, hence we needed to wait another 14 weeks for a new production order.Absolutely to avoid if you do not want to be stressed about your furniture and you would like a smooth and professional service.
