This week I had the best colour I?ve ever had at Live True, and the best balayage! My hair was brassy and damaged but after consultation Ingrid managed to give me a light creamy balayage with a beautiful blend and zero damage - my hair feels and looks a million times better. Will definitely be booking Ingrid again and I?d recommend her to anyone wanting blonde colour

Having had a colour test last week with the lovely Ingrid, today was my first proper visit to Live True London in Clapham. I?d wanted to go back to blonde again ahead of summer, and was looking for expert guidance and advice on what tone and style to go with, after a couple of years away from blonde at all, and several years since having professional colour from a salon.Ingrid was fantastic! The colour she has given me is perfect, and beats even the high expectations I had had before going in. She was lovely throughout, professional and attentive, and gave me a proper ?consultation? on what I should do, the colour I should go for, and then on aftercare and upkeep.Clean and friendly, and with a warm atmosphere, Live True London was a great experience, and I?ll definitely be back in the coming weeks to see Ingrid to keep this colour!

Leni is the worst hairstylist not only did the stylist fail to achieve the subtle balayage I requested, but the colour outcome was completely off-base. Instead of the rich brown tones I wanted, my hair ended up with a glaring ginger hue that clashed with my complexion. To make matters worse, I had to spend extra time and money at another salon to correct the color mishap, further adding to my frustration and disappointment with the entire experience.

Ingrid is amazing I had my hair dyed with her 2 years ago and it was absolutely stunning I went back last week to refresh my hair and get a cut as it was severely damaged from constant bleach and hair color. She cut my hair perfectly to make the damage less noticeable and it was absolutely worth it. She recommended me a treatment and I instantly feel my hair much better and healthier looking. She is great and will make you feel very comfortable. You?re in good hands with her!!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kelvin at Live True Clapham, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the get go, he listened so intently and asked so many questions to make sure he knew 100% what I was after and we were both aligned on the end result.
