Very helpful and friendly staff! As soon as I stepped in lady at the till asked if I needed help, got exactly what I needed, a gentleman helped me fix my mop head to the wooden stick with an extra nail. Smiley all the way, came out of the shop feeling happy :)

Overpriced and didn't have what I wanted.However Screwfix only across the road had what I went out for.
