Food is quick and easy but the lady behind the till is not good - I tried to order via the machine but it is stuck. I asked her for help but she rudely educate me ‘Use your finger’ - it is not a professional and appropriate manner to the customer.

I used to buy coffee every day here but coffee cups lids are always leaking. Today I spilled half of the coffee on me while walking to work, got pissed off and decided not to by coffee at Leon any more as a result. Please, change your suppliers as coffee itself is not bad

I’m not sure who was on this morning 10:30 but she did an amazing job of sorting orders and ensuring customers that their orders were on their way. It’s a small thing but many staff in other establishments don’t do it, but acknowledging you are there and waiting goes a long way. The staff here are attentive friendly... read full comment
