Utterly useless.Tried to transfer an ISA and just gave up in the end after four months.After following some appalling advice from leeds I'm now left having to contact HMRC to resolve this issue.DONT OPEN AN ISA WITH THESE GUYS!! NOT WORTH THE AGGRO!!

I visited Leeds Building Society to open an account. It was my first visit. Ahmed helped me with the paperwork. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions fully and clearly explained the procedure. Very pleasant experience.

Easy to make appointment by phoning. Appointments are punctual and service excellent. Compliments to Sara especially as she was most helpful making opening an account a pleasant experience today!
