The behavior of the employees is bad and they do not serve what is needed and take service fees without asking permission

We had a capuccino and a cold brew at the table by the entrance. Prices are very high compared to ones in Italy. I can understand that but what I can't understand is that we were charged a 12.5% service on top of that. We didn't eat anything. We were just served coffee. Won't come back.
