My beloved La Gaffe is brilliantly located in the midst of arty, Bohemian-but-elegant-and-swishy Hampstead, not far from its green lung, Hampstead Heath.
It is always a delight to be welcomed back to La Gaffe where I have been returning as a guest since the 1980s.
nice hotel with very kind hosts! very basic but super delicious Breakfast and even though it's an old (but clean!) building with thin walls, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back when in London! Moreover, the fact that Hampstead Station is just a 5min walk away, is great!

Le Gaffe has a lovely team that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and accommodated.
The only thing I would comment on is that it would be helpful if guests had more clarity about the room they will be staying in.
Otherwise, it’s a sweet and cozy place to stay in a fantastic location.
