I went to go change a lipstick in KiKo Westfield, Stratford which was packed & I had a valid receipt. First they said they can’t change it because the box had a tiny rip on the side then I told them to look inside they opened it and they saw that it was brand new then there was an asian girl who passed it on to this short...
