After bad experiences from another well known skin care shop in Westfield. Noticed the difference straight away upon entering the shop.The shop assistant was so helpful and she’s very knowledgeable, able to recommend all requests and gave samples paired with products we purchased. (£180s later) A very happy customer.

I've long been using Kiehl's products both before I lived in New York (the home of Kiehl's) during and after. I usually shop at the Kiehl's store in Terminal 5 Heathrow where they have an excellent manager Dee.
