So I ordered a Zinger burger for pickup (takeaway). When I came home and opened it, there was a big piece of lettuce inside which was not cut. Also, the chicken in the burger was more like a skin rather than chicken itself and completely smashed. This is definitely not what you call a Zinger burger. Avoid. Waited 20 minutes for eat in while all the takeaway orders placed after our were served first. Food arrived in takeaway bag, half cold, soggy and who knows when prepared. So inefficient because three staffs chit chatting in front and only one guy is preparing the food. We waited for 20 mins just for one mini popcorn and one wrap. Please don't call yourself a fast food chain unless you define it differently.
