Very bad experience. I had an eye test £215 to make a pair of glasses. Two weeks later after many enquiries, the glasses were completely wrong.I was unable to see out of them. Finally Kensington Eye Centre agreed to reimburse me. They refused to reimburse for the Eye Test which may well have been the wrong prescription!All... read full comment

Excellent friendly and efficient service. Pooja was amazing. I was travelling so needed new glasses quickly. Pooja was quick and efficient, quickly arranging new glasses for me but still providing a full eye examination and assessment, and not cutting corners.Highly Recommended!
