Very unfriendly parcel collection system, UPS wrote a note and said to collect the parcel after 1600 (4pm), on my email it said the parcel was delivered to the store at 1430 (2pm). went there at 1630 and saw my parcel sitting in the shop and the staff told me I cannot collect it as it was not manually scanned by the store... read full comment

Unfortunately I have had to collect something from here as UPS dumped my parcel without even notifying me.The language barrier is a problem and it was hard work to find out if I was trying to collect from the right place.Perhaps in India people renew their passport weekly as mine is 8 years old and despite showing my details,... read full comment

UPS collection was fine but the assistant was coughing and spluttering all over the place, COVID or not that’s pretty unacceptable..
