not even worth one star, the rudest, ignorant man i have ever been served by. if this was the last shop in shepherds bush i would go out of the area rather than return.... but thankfully its not so we can all go somewhere else.AVOID at all cost.

Please be careful, I went into this store today (Friday 6-5-22 at approx 9:40am) to collect on a lotto ticket, which was 30 pounds. The guy at the till gave me the money, when I got home, I found that he gave me an old 20 pound note. So just be careful, they pass out of date currency here and are totally dishonest.

Refused to top up anything more than £20 via payzone as there are “charges” he doesn’t benefit from & seemed very disinterested. I usually top up £50 each time with no issues in other places. Id love to give zero starts for the customer service. I will not be returning here!!
