Fantastic offices, open history on ING and the predecessor Brings Bank. The artworks are amazing with works from Lowry on the walls and sculptures in the corridors.

I have called in many times, always to talk to pleasant and helpful staff.Best savings interest rates of any bank.Great mobile app with lots of functionality.Overall much better than Commonwealth, AMP, and ANZ - all of which I have been with and left due to problems.
