This bank is extremely unprofessional. I made an international transfer for 1000 USD. The beneficiary never received the money. I contacted the bank and they replied that they sent the money back to the sender (me) as they were unable to allocate it to the beneficiary's account . Cannot understand a word the automated response is saying when calling. It’s so muffled and really bad quality.
