HSS Kings Cross are absolutley useless and clueless. Tony the manager clearly hasnt got to grips on how to run a proper operation. His seniors should replace him really. The branch are full on useless people

Absolutely terrible service. We ordered a dehumidifier and it came incomplete without a normal plug. When purchasing the item it did not say anything else was needed. I called them everyday since receiving the item and they said they would sort out the transformer but no one would come back to me. They are now picking... read full comment

Avoid using this service for equipment delivery. Despite claiming that someone is en route to collect, they failed to do so for five days. Their consistently poor service makes this place an unreliable choice.
