Love popping into H&B. I buy skincare and vitamins from them. Staff are friendly and their loyalty program is great too. Brilliant online discounts. It was really quiet on the weekend. The stores have a good layout and are well stocked.

The one I suppose is the Manager of the store is very aggressive with the members of stuff in front of costumers, I will never go again.
