I have had to use Helplie twice. Although the device is in my living room, the operator can hear me clearly from any part of the house. One use was when I was in the bath, which is a good reminder to have the button with you at all times. I wholehearterly recommend Helpline as a service.

Let’s me continue to live safely in my own home. I’ve used my alarm once, when I fell and broke my ankle and help was immediately available.I feel it’s a form of insurance.
