Purchased the Fern chair from Haworth Europe. First one arrived and the backrest was faulty, it wouldn't slide in. They eventually got it picked up and delivered a replacement. Delivery took 4 weeks - when it arrived it was a broken chair which someone else had returned to the warehouse. Still waiting for customer service to resolve the issue

Such a warm and welcoming experience. Jackie was a fantastic host, and allowed us time to really feel out the chairs without rushing, as well as providing thorough demonstrations of how everything worked. Could not have asked for more.
