I’m not sure if Hawes & Curtis Stratford train their staff to be obstinate, obstructive and unhelpful but if they do then this should be a 5 star rating. Dreadful experience and extremely unhelpful. Gentlemen who served me just left me standing around for long periods of time; when he could spare a few moments to do his job he was insistent on telling me shirts fit that just didn’t. It felt like he just wanted to get me out the door and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.... read full comment

Been there a few times and the service is always good. On my last visit on Thursday around 5pm, one of the employee helping me was very professional and non pressuring when I've tried a few coats.
