Service was nice EXCEPT for the old man in a suit. Highly rude, dismissive, with bad customer attention and completely stand-off-ish. He made my group feel uncomfortable and it was obvious he was signing to the other colleagues and whispering behind our backs. Will not be returning.

I wish I read reviews before dealing with this company and I wouldn't have been burnt, this company is an absolute joke. I ordered something from their website which turned up faulty so had to go out of my way wasting money on London transport to take the shoes back to one of their stores to swap over for another pair,... read full comment
