They sold me a broken vape, which isn't their fault as they don't make the vapes, but when I went to replace it within 30 mins of buying it they refused to let me trade it in. I was a regular customer of the shop until this incident. Pretty poor long term planning on their part IMO.

Sadly the evri service doesn’t work properly and the customer service is really disappointing

We are only collecting small parcels for hermes only and don't do any other service . some customers think that we are the hermes. We just only collect parcel .
some people miss behaving with the staff please don't do that our business is convince store only strikley NO
