Upscale place. Excellent option for some time with friends for a coffee, some braffle, Maybe a wine. Excellent attention from the waiter

There are two cafes at the Harrods, the original at 3F and the newer one at LG. We went to the one at 3F at off-peak hours and the queue was manageable. The cakes and drinks were very good, but the attitude of the service staff was haughty and off-putting, not just to us but to almost everyone. Maybe one needs to be dressed... read full comment
