One of the nicest and easiest gym sign up experiences with Duncan - knew all the questions I wanted to ask before asking! Lots of gym space and facilities to use. Good opening hours too!

From the moment I stepped into David Koyda gym, Imane was an absolute star. She not only gave me a comprehensive tour of the facilities but also took the time to explain all the equipment and services available. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience really stand out. Imane's approach to customer service is exceptional; she was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered. I left feeling informed and excited to start my fitness journey. A huge thank you to Imane for such a warm welcome and for going above and beyond.

Terrible sales team!I joined the club and I decided to cancel my membership within the grace period.The conversation I had with the salesmen was not very pleasant, but in the end he confirmed that he cancelled my membership.Apparently one month laters I am still chasing this down since today I got a call from their payments team saying that my membership is not cancelled.Terrible experience really not suitable for the price they are asking for!
