Tried to speak to a person for help cashing a cheque and was instantly sent to the machine where I had issues. Every engagement is just so negative, they clearly don't value customers.

It says open from 9 am. It's 9:15 and it's still shut, so unprofessional and it's a waste of time for me standing here and have no clue why the branch is still no opened, all other people standing here seams to be upset as well.
