Been attended to by Kushal when in store and provided exceptional customer service. Have been looking for a cashmere coat but was out of stock. Weeks after Kushal gave me a call to let me know there was last piece that came in and happened to be my size. He kept it aside for me for the day to purchase. Very high quality of service by Kushal. Highly recommend this particular store.

Top notch experience. Very personal, patient and helpful assistance from Krishan(?). Really know their stuff here. Next time I'm in town for a suit, I'm popping upstairs for a G&T too.

Bad experience with the shop. Staff werent so friendly. I were left unattended, then i asked for a premium suit trying but I just wondered why i were offered a cheaper option? Its just a 1k GBP suit. Nonetheless i walked away purchasing it since im in a hurry.

Avoid the Regent store. Sales staff and management were most unhelpful. Having ordered stuff online to be collected in store, it took >20mins for them to not find my complete order. They then suggested shipping the missing items to my house at a charge to save me coming in again! When I asked for the manager and sales assistant?s name, I was told it was not possible to share because of GDPR. Beyond useless. Will be requesting a refund? which also can?t be done in store I was told- contact customer care by phone or email.

Had the pleasure of a formal suit selection and customised tailoring with Ben today. Absolutely 5 star service! Ben took the time to talk me through the different materials and cuts available and suggested a variety of accessories with styling tips to help me build the look I was seeking. I was recommended to visit Hackett by a friend who has had great suit tailoring experiences there. Greeted on the first floor by Ben, who not only looked like he?s been in the industry his whole career, but had the knowledge and expertise to back this up.I was immediately put into a beautiful three piece suit for a family wedding and while being measured and pinned up, was offered a drink to enjoy. The suit looked incredible once it was tailored.Alterations were done and I was invited back to try on the finished suit before taking it home. It was impeccable first time! Top service from the moment I walked in the door. Thanks Hackett and Ben, I will see you again soon!

After I walked in by mistake, I found out that this is a brand with a century-old history in London. Thank you very much for the help and introduction of the store staff. I really like the atmosphere here. The suits and coats here are very high-quality (I like it very much) Yeah?), this time I bought a Kashmiri scarf first, the material is comfortable?Thanks again, great service! ?

The suit is perfect and the quality is really high class and fair to the value. The best thing about this experience was the customer service though.I was assisted by Ben, very professional and prepared, he immediately found the suit I wanted and he made all the arrangements for the adjustment with the highest precision. Couldn?t ask for more.Will be back here for the next suit! 10/10
