I was greeted with a warm welcome from a client advisor named Sacha, she was very polite and made me feel comfortable in the large and almost overwhelmingly beautiful store. She gave a small tour of their wonderful building and shared a little bit of history behind its stunning architecture. The product was lovely as always but I didn't manage to find what I was looking for which is no fault of the advisor. I would definitely recommend if you?re a fan of Gucci to head on down to this breathtaking store

Worst customer service ever received.Was in contact with Anthony from the store about an exchange. And they disappeared after a conversation and no one ever responded, all they kept saying was we will ask someone from the store to get in touch.Terrible service from such brand.

Disappointing Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service from Gucci I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Gucci, expecting the high quality that the brand is known for. However, I was deeply disappointed. The shoes displayed poor craftsmanship, with black coloring noticeably smudging onto the white parts. This issue was clearly not a result of an intentional aging process, as the shoes were new and unused.When I reached out to Gucci for an explanation, their response was unsatisfactory and demonstrated a lack of knowledge and accountability. They claimed that the shoes undergo a 'dedicated aging process' to make each product unique, which is mentioned on their website. However, the condition of the shoes was not a unique feature but a blatant sign of poor quality.This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Gucci's products and their customer service. I feel misled by their online product description and am left with a product that does not meet the standards promised. It's disappointing to see a brand of Gucci's stature showing such disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before purchasing from them.

Visiting the new Gucci store on Sunday for the first time in the new store was greeted by the doorman who was super excited to tell us all about the history of the new store which we loved to hear.When we went in we were served by Joseph who gave us exceptional service, we were buying a handbag and nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 would definitely come again and would ask for Joseph.

Great service and a beautiful location. I was visiting from the US and made an appointment online for the next day. Wenbo was assigned to me as the SA. He texted me shortly after the appointment was booked asking what I was looking for so he could prep. I arrived with my toddler son the next day and everyone was very kind to him and he enjoyed being there as well (in the stroller with his toys)Unfortunately they didn?t have the color of the bag I wanted in stock, but wenbo showed me lots of different options that suited my needs, one of which I considered purchasing instead. Ultimately I decided I wanted the bag that they didn?t have, so wenbo helped order it from a nearby store. I was only in town for a couple more days but he got it in time!Everyone was polite and knowledgeable, the store was beautiful, and I got the bag I wanted. I would definitely return and I would definitely recommend wenbo as a sales assistant!

Had a fantastic shopping experience in Gucci, Nothing is to much trouble, Nadine served me and even after my purchase the customer service still kept on coming with a text message thanking me for my custom, I would highly recommend asking for Nadine.

Visited the new Gucci store for the first time and was happy with the experience. The security/ doorman was very friendly and told us about the history of the ex-art building, and facts about the store whilst we waited in line. Then the sales associate inside was equally as friendly and spoke to us in a relaxed manor which my partner and I much prefer. We will definitely make an effort to come back to this specific store again.

Have traveled the different countries and be in from the US. This was one of the most enjoyable opportunities that I have been to. The show room is absolutely breathtaking. It?s a small shopping mall with every fashion imaginable. The sales associate was phenomenal. I cannot say enough put this on your bucket list to go see when you?re in London.
