Would seem like a forward looking bank in terms of their deployment of technology but they very very poor in resolving customer queries. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.I had a failed transaction that took over 2 years to reverse only after very severe escalations and threat. Don't even know why it was setup in the UK if it can't be used to access your Nigerian GTBank account.
