Good range of stock for a small local store but they could work on their customer service a bit. The guy behind the counter seemed mildly annoyed that I'd interrupted his time looking at his phone to ask for something.

Had a truly disappointing experience with this shop this morning.The staff couldn't be any less helpful with my enquiry and dismissed me as soon as it wasn't something they could grab off a shelf 1m away from them. Terribly lazy and unprofessional staff and experience as a whole, wont be going here again nor recommend them to anyone.

Called Handy Stores as a result of placing an order via Amazon- I'd ordered the wrong thing.They couldn't have been more helpful. They sent out a set of toilet hinges and then, when they didn't fit, sourced and sent out a different size. I now have a loo seat that doesn't move! I cannot recommend Handy Stores highly enough. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and they even whatsapped me with pictures of products. Really impressed.
