This company is a rip off. My washing machine wasn't working and they sent an engineer to fix it on a Friday. Didn't get a call to say why they were not going to fix. Just pre-charged around £90 and end of matter. Called them on Saturday to get idea why and get a refund, the advisor had no clue. Got the original company... read full comment
