Abominable service. Ordered 2 coffees to drink in the Café. No sooner had we sat down an employee started to clean and hoover around us. We felt totally unwelcome. The staff was unsympathetic, unapologetic and rude. Asked for refund which was given. Will not go there again.

Got served a barely warm black americano (begs the questions what temperature milky drinks are served), was told that they cannot warm food for serving (Seriously Gail?), sat surrounded by people working on laptops but that was fine until one of them started conducting business calls - not a nice atmosphere. Located on Abbeville Road, which was once a prominent shopping parade. The bakery offers WiFi and dog-friendly outdoor seating.
