The staff was very polite and I thought it was a traditional restaurant.

The customer service is second to none. I went here to buy a gift on my way back from London and the service and attention to detail is spot on. Excellent experience. Couldn't remember the name of the gentlemen with the red coat but he was terrific.

It is filled with so many delicious options of tea, biscuits, and chocolate. Staff is very polite and helpful.
