Not a great experience for us.They didn't have half of the menu.Small screenStaff members running all over the place.Wanted to buy a bottle of water at the bar they charged £4 and on the menu is a different price.U can't order during movie or you'll miss the movie. The all experience was pointless, and quite disappointing.

Unfortunately we saw a rat/mouse running in the screening (around our seats) as we had just sat down and ordered our food. We of course left the cinema and were not given a refund as its company policy, and instead were given some vouchers - safe to say I will never be returning to Everyman Baker St.When I told the guys that worked there in panic, they were not phased and said it was a common problem. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed - the waiting area was dirty and had popcorn all around the floor, no wonder the place is prone to rats/mouses!

I've been to other Everyman cinemas and always had a good time but this one really leaves a lot to be desired - it smelt really strongly of pizza the entire film, seemed to have a room where they stored stuff at the side because a member of staff walked through the room 7 or 8 times through the course of the screening (very offputting) and the toilet seemed to have a bad leak because there appeared to be urine all over the floor. V disappointing considering it is not a cheap experience!

The cinema itself is great. Unfortunately when we went with children to see the U-rated Migration we were shown trailers for much older films. This included bad language and highly inappropriate topics to be exposed to a 7 year old. Upon complaining I was offered tickets to see the same film again. Since then, several emails have remained without response.

Wait this place is adorable! Who knew this existed? I suppose everyone in London, but not me until I took a walk from Chiltern Firehouse one day. Basically, Everyman has small theaters filled with sofas and armchairs instead of cinema seats. You book online, come wait in their lounge (this is the only not-great part as there's not room for everyone, so don't come too early), then grab some snacks, wine, beer, what have you and enjoy a flick as if you were in a living room with a very large screen. Something about it is just very human and relaxing. You won't get the massive screen and sound of the giant chain cinemas, nor the cinemaphile perfection of, say, Alamo Drafthouse, but it's a sweet and comfortable way to catch a movie. Recommend!

It wasn't as expected! Smaller screen than some of the other cinemas for a lower price. There were no gluten free food options!

Cinema with private halls. We were in the large hall celebrating a children's birthday.Water, juices, popcorn, pizza. All this was brought into the hall. The chairs are comfortable, the screen is large. The sound is normal. If you're cold, get dressed. Quite fresh. There is a bar in front of the halls. There's a wider range there. The toilets are decent.
