Give that man a promotion and a pay rise. Went to the store just after opening couple days ago, the guy who served me (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was on his own, placed opened bang on time, his service, advice and expertise were impeccable and couldn’t be more efficient. 11/10, thank you and bravo!!

I was served by Mariam. The customer service was beyond horrible. She asked me about my query and started serving the white race customer who was behind me on the queue.
