Avoid at all costs. Go to West Ealing Post Office even though it’s farther, you will still be done sooner. Gigantic queues and unhelpful staff, crazy wait times.

Enormous queue that took half an hour because there was only one staff member on at the counter (she was lovely, the only good thing about the experience), and one poor lady running around trying to help all the people baffled by the self service machines. Waited 40 minutes so that the staff tells me that Amazon returns is not working. I asked her if they are open this Friday so I can come back, they said "of course!". Later to find out that they are actually not open since is Bank Holiday.This place is a waste of time.
