I own more than 5 frames from Cubitts since 2018. As much as I like their collections, the two stars are for the length of time they take to deliver the prescription glasses. It now takes 7-10 days to lay your hands on your prescription glasses/ sunglasses from the time you order them. Disappointing!

Very lacklustre and disinterested staff - you really are made to feel that you are bothering them which is so wrong. After browsing for 10 mins in what is a very small store, not one of the staff asked if I needed help. Two were chatting to each other and drinking a can.
