I was served by Amelia a few days ago, and the service was impeccable! Very easy to talk to, smiley, she helped measure my feet to find my correct size, and she was patient when I required assistant :)))

Absolutely superb customer service. I managed to spill diesel on my brown suede shoes. I took them into the Canary Wharf branch who sent the shoes back to the factory for cleaning, they came back as good as new and the service was entirely complimentary.I have always felt that Crockett & Jones are the best shoes money can... read full comment
