This review relates to the Costs Coffee shop immediately on the north side of the river, under Tower Bridge. This place does not possess a toilet. It is my understanding that food and drink outlets with 10 or more seats must, by law, provide a toilet for customers. Not sure how they have got round this

Centrally located coffee shop just within distance of the Tower of London. I stopped by here after my visit to the Tower for a hot tea as it was a very cold morning and I needed to warm up.
