Absolutely brilliant!! Excellent service. I was served by 2 amazing staff members (named Faria and Dolar). They were both so kind to me and went above and beyond. They both really made my day! i picked up a cookie to buy and at the counter the man explains it is expired but this could have been a health and safety issue as it is unacceptable for a company like costa to be selling expired food which people had previously bought.

Tareq and the team saved my day! Running in Tuesday morning in the city office not the easiest way to start. I also spilled my coffee and they have made a new one in a second with a smile. Thank you so much!!!!!
