Clean, spacous and inviting. Employees are very kind. Food is great. My room is very nice, definetley recommend.

Had a meal on afternoon of 2nd January. Food was average and fish, especially, very small. Service was appalling -very casual, kept coming back to check what we had ordered (4 of us) and didn't write anything down. Very overpriced. Atmosphere was very good though and an ideal location for Kew gardens,
