A rude lady yelled at me just because I asked her how can I scan my member card and not immediately found where to scan it after her telling me “scan there”(not even pointing to me where to scan it)

I was assaulted by the security guard lady who assumed I was stealing. She should have been doing her job correctly!!! I spend hundreds of pounds in that shop every week for it is near my job.I was so embarrassed to be treated in such a way.. Is this the treatment that a loyal customers receives?
