We've been coming here for a few months and it was overall better venue wise than the Hounslow one of the chain and many of the views in the city. Also better customer support usually. It was all good till tonight in the back row of Screen 6 the movie sounds were overcome by a mouse squeaking right behind my head. Instantly... read full comment

We've been coming here for about two months and liked the place okay. However, during today's screening of Drive Away Dolls (screen 6, 8.30pm) when we sat in the back row, we suddenly heard MICE squeaking right behind our headboards halfway through the movie. Noped out immediately. Never coming here again.

Always clean and tidy. two years ago I asked the manager if he would put more seats in the foyer for OAPs he very kindly put more seats in, but they are full of young idlers that should be out picking veg in the fields instead of pleading for more likes on their phones.
