Terrible service here compared to Selfridges London/Manchester or the Chanel Boutique itself.The guy upon entering was polite, however, the lady he passed us on to was rude and reluctant to help. She even tried to insinuate that I have not bought from Chanel before, because she couldn’t bother to correctly spell my name... read full comment
