Normally I think this is a better branch in central london, but I came here today afternoon and ordered a large americano and turned out to be a small one.
Was a bit shocked when the barista insisted I have ordered small instead and she doubled down I had made the mistake. Not sure if that is the right way to blame... read full comment

The best Nero I've ever been to. The guy at the counter today was amazing. Above and beyond. Super friendly, patient and hospitable! He asked our coffee preferences and made suggestions. He really needs to be compensated because he belongs at a 5 star establishment with that level of professionalism and attitude.

Fast service and good prices for London. We had an iced latte and a mango and passion fruit smoothie and were very good. There was a good amount of seating in the shop (upstairs and downstairs).
