I have ordered on deliveroo, only a drink came and not my panini’s, said the “boss” was bringing them and never came. Took an hour to bring a coffee. Highly unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers, would give a zero and don’t know how they are aloud to be open to public.

I went there and order a takeaway meal, the server gave me my burger without any napkins and bags, when I asked may I he gave me a very tiny one, then I asked him if I could have another one because the burger was with sauce.
