I called BSG after reading some very good reviews online. I had just been given a shopping list (several thousand pounds worth) of things that (supposedly) needed doing to my Macan S from Porsche. (This was after the car had gone into Porsche for a recall issue during which time they had also conducted a ?complimentary vehicle health check?.)What?s more, I had been having a terrible issue with a water leak on the passenger side by the footwell, which my usual garage in North West London had been unable to fix (water was coming in, even with panoramic sunroof drains being cleaned). That garage had told me that they were simply stumped, totally out of ideas to fix the problem.I explained to Elliot on the phone that I wanted them to fix the leak which had dumbfounded my usual mechanics, and to also check against the list of issues Porsche had given me. He listened very patiently and could not have been nicer or put me any more at ease (I had slightly panicked, neurotic visions of racking up a bill of thousands that I could ill-afford, which probably came across on the phone!).Once the car was in with BSG, Elliot advised which items on the list needed doing and which were not relevant and could comfortably wait until a full service later this year. This obviously saved me a lot of money.It is no exaggeration to say that it was totally brilliant to have a mechanic be so honest, fair and transparent. It isn?t often that you ? as a punter ? feel totally at ease when it comes to things like car garages because you have to base everything on trust. So, to find someone as decent as Elliot really makes all the difference. He put me totally at ease.Elliot and his team also managed to find the leak issue, which was far from straightforward. They worked out that the panoramic sunroof alignment was off and that this was allowing water to build up even when the drains were cleared.Having spent months trying to diagnose it online myself, I?d never seen this explanation on any of the forums (nor had the previous garage). So this really did seem like a great engineering feat!So far, touch wood, it appears to have worked: after a lot of rain this weekend the car is still clear. That they were able to so quickly solve it really does show, in my humble opinion, a serious amount of mechanical expertise.But more than that, it demonstrates that they cared enough to spend the time researching and problem-solving it. That?s the sort of customer service that really makes all the difference.Elliot said to call anytime to bring it back in if the water does reappear and they will sort it out, which is greatly appreciated.He also called a week later to check that everything was still okay and that water hasn?t gone in, which is a pretty unusual (though greatly appreciated) amount of care that most garages wouldn?t provide!They also very kindly fitted some personalised plates for free of charge.I will be taking the car back to them for its full service and MOT later this year. These guys are real gents.Essentially, if you want reliable, friendly, honest, trustworthy and brilliant mechanics, then BSG is your place. I really can?t recommend them highly enough. I now have peace of mind when it comes to the car knowing that these guys are around to help should anything happen.My huge thanks again to Elliot and his team.

Excellent service, fair prices and as a woman customer I feel I am not given silly quotes. The team, led by Elliot Bradbury, is always so helpful (no job too big or too small), courteous, and most importantly highly qualified in looking after my car. I have rarely met such a great team of people where I feel utterly confident I shall be getting the very best service.

I have a 2003 SL250 that I have owned for the last 10 years which BSG has serviced & maintained over that period. I was warned by all my friends & colleagues that taking on a car of that age would be a complete money pit & hassle even tho? it was a superb car. BSG have made this a hassle free experience, were real experts in sorting out inevitable problems, which meant generally that all work could be dealt with at the annual service. The car runs far better that the day I bought it & unlike most vehicles has increased in value despite being used almost every day. Special mention to Elliot & Daniel who are both professional & a real pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in providing BSG my wholehearted recommendation.

Elliott and his team are incredible. This review is a year late, but in 2022 my Land Rover Defender had broken down in the Lakes District and no one could fix it. I had it shipped back to Elliott as my local mechanic and he did a superb job finding the right person in London (there was only one) that could fix it and getting it done. He saved the car and it?s been running fine ever since. Above and beyond service
